Closer still
Tile delays continue to plague us and we are prevented from a move-in date until they are settled, but we have a winner for our fireplace at last!
The front porch railing has been stained (so has the back, but take my word for it):
The appliances are in!
The mantel is all stained and ready for tile:

Stains and details
Sounds like our tile is in Seattle today and will be in Portland by Monday, and all flooring and surfaces are slated to be done by Thursday the 25th. Getting close!'

More floors and some frills to boot
Floors have moved upstairs and should be finishing out today. Our master bath tile still hasn't arrived and the appliances are waiting to be installed (save for the microwave, pictured) but otherwise things are progressing nicely.

Let there be light(s)
Appliances are on site waiting for install and the floor is beginning, but the biggest changes are in lighting and plumbing fixtures.

A touch of red
Flooring seems to be delayed a little but the exterior paint fairies came by and left us a treat!
EDIT: Quick update on flooring: Wood flooring is on site but not installed yet. This is because the manufacturer recommends installing on subfloor/hardwood space with 2-3% moisture, and the subfloor is currently at 12-14%, likely due to aerosolized paint from recent interior painting. Going to test again this afternoon and hopefully begin tomorrow if the subfloor is below 10%.
